Free Medical Care And Checkup For All Anambra State Drivers

The governor of Anambra state, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has approved free medical care and checkup for all drivers in the State as part of their benefits of paying tax to the government. 

This means that, payment of tax by drivers in Anambra state activates free medical cover.

The Leader The IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kalu Has Been Discharged By The Appeal Court In Abuja.

The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has just been freed by The Appeal Court, Abuja Division.   Currently, Mazi Kanu is being tried by the federal government before a Federal High Court in Abuja, for a 15 count charge bordering on treasonable felony and terrorism, he had allegedly committed these crimes during the course of his separatist campaigns.   However, three-man panel of the Appellate court said the High Court lacked the jurisdiction to try him in view of his abduction and extraordinary rendition to Nigeria in flagrant violation of the OAU convention and protocol on extradition.
